The Mission and the Mandate to
France
By Rev. Barbara Jimenez
Prophetess to the Nations
In the process of planning and preparing to embark on my latest trip to Paris, France it seemed almost familiar, much like the others I had made before. Past mission trips I had always felt a stirring inside of me, which made me know the Holy Spirit was going to do something wonderful. As time grew closer for my departure something drastically changed. This trip to France took on a distinctly different mood and purpose. It started with a dream I had received from God. In the dream, I was selling books and everyone was speaking to me in French asking me to sign the book. I said, "These are not my books, they are Cindy Jacob's books on redeeming the land." When I awoke, I knew in the Spirit I had to go and anoint the land and the waters of France. On other trips to France, I felt in the spirit and waters to redeem them from the atrocities committed against the Jews. It became apparent that this Mission and Mandate was more urgent than before when the Lord Jesus gave me this scripture: "See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms; to pluck up and to break down; to destroy and to overthrow; to build and to plant." Jeremiah 1:10

Jeremiah 1:10
I wondered why the Lord gave such a mandate and a mission to me at this time? Then I remembered the present situation in France. As I wrote in my last letter, the Church in France is experiencing persecution. Under the new laws, preaching the Gospel is considered mental manipulation and Christianity is now considered a cult. The same murderous, antichrist spirit is rising up in France that was seen during WWII. My Mission and Mandate became clear--To pluck up and to break down; to destroy and to overthrow the antichrist spirit attacking God's people in France.
As the days drew near for departure, the mission started unfolding. When I arrived in Paris, there was already a team in place. Yolanda Nzere was one of my interpreters and guide, and her daughter Ingrid. Marie Claire Ceaser and Natasha, her daughter, were also there to assist. Yolanda and Ingrid sang in the churches wherever I ministered. Marie Claire and Natasha prayed with me at the Arc De Triumph. Each day the Lord added to the team. Yolanda and I took a train to Paris, where we began a prayer journey for France. Then we went by boat down the Seine River. We went through many of the famous monuments in Paris. We prayed and poured oil and salt into the Seine River to redeem the waters of France. Just before we poured the oil, large gray clouds came over us, but as I poured the oil the clouds parted and sunbeams resonated over us. We prayed over fountains and poured the oil and salt. We prayed and declared righteousness over France. We declared wicked kings (rulers) would be torn down and righteous kings (rulers) would be exalted. We prayed over the land and commanded the spirit of socialistic communism and the old spirit of Hitler to be broken. In the Spirit I could see an old murderous spirit against God's people in France and it once again was rearing its ugly head in the 21st Century. We asked God to remove those things and we declared unto the heavens that even the school curriculum would change and the people's hearts would be changed. We thanked the Lord for the change that would come to these people and we thanked Him for the land and for His Righteousness that would exalt this nation in the Name of Jesus. Then Yolanda and I went to the base of the Eiffel Tower where the Huguenots were buried so we could pour the salt and the oil because their blood cried out.
Who were the Huguenots? I learned more about them at the first church I ministered during this latest trip. Pastor Heavenly confirmed the Huguenots story. About a year ago I learned of the Huguenots quite by accident. A friend and I had stopped to look at a building one evening when we noticed a strange yet beautiful vine growing on one side of it. She took a piece of it to grow in her garden. Later she discovered that it was not indigenous to Louisiana or the United States, and also how it arrived in America. The Huguenots escaped the St. Bartholomew Massacre in the 16th Century, by immigrating to Louisiana. They brought with them this vine and planted it and to this day it is called the Huguenots vine. The Huguenots were French Protestants who were members of the Reformed Church, which was established in 1550 by John Calvin. On March 1, 1562 some 1200 Huguenots were slain at Vassy, France. This ignited the Wars of Religion that would rip apart, ravage, and impoverish France for the next three decades. During the infamous St. Bartholomew Massacre more than 8,000 Huguenots were murdered in Paris. At least 200,000 French Huguenots fled to countries such as Germany, Switzerland and America. The dead bodies of the massacred Huguenots were buried in the Seine River. Just before the Eiffel Tower was built, the Seine was dredged in order to widen it. As the Seine was being dredged, the bodies (skeletons) of the Huguenots came to the surface. The French government officials buried the remains at the sight where the base of the Eiffel Tower is today.
As I poured the oil and salt on the very place where the Huguenots were buried we decreed righteousness over Paris. We prayed, "Lord the blood cries out and we are redeeming the land where the Huguenots were murdered and for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. That Jesus Christ will rule and reign over this land. Lord, we are praying and standing in the gap for the redemption of the people and the land. We are standing in the gap and we believe the work is already done." During this prayer journey, Yolanda repented as a French citizen for the sins that were committed on this land. Then I repented for America who committed sins against this land. We especially repented for the murder of the Jews and the Huguenots, for their blood was spilled onto the land and in the waters of France. When we were finished, I felt a release by the Holy Spirit. I had completed the Mandate and the Mission to redeem the waters and the land. Praise God!
